Haddis Alemayehu famously used a single dot to mark geminated words in his class work "ፍቅር እስከ መቃብር" ("Love Until the Grave"). 7,395 words were marked for gemination in this way, 3,254 of the words were unique.  This words list has been extracted from the text and marked with the 2-dot Ethiopic Gemination Mark (ጥብቅ).
